Suffolk Aikikai was founded in 1994 by Sensei Gene Monteleone and his wife, Debbie. The dojo is affiliated with the United States Aikido Federation. Monteleone Sensei holds the rank of 5th Dan and a Shidoin instructor certificate from the Aikikai Hombu Dojo.
