World T’ai Chi & Qigong Day — Patchogue (April 29, 2006): William Hilton, Village of Patchogue Trustee and Commissioner of Parks & Recreation, presents Laoshi Laurince McElroy with a proclamation from the village's Mayor and Trustees recognizing the importance of local participation in the international event.
