World T’ai Chi & Qigong Day; Zoom (April 24, 2021): As we moved into the new year, with the state of the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic and the restrictions placed on in-person events by New York State, Water Tiger chose not to risk having to cancel another event. We chose, again, to strip it down and, this year, move it into the Zoom environment. Once again, Laoshi Laurince McElroy (top row / second from the left) led participants through a cutting of Water Tiger’s “T’ai Chi Qigong: Mixed Set”. In the screenshot, he’s leading the group in Left & Right, Yin & Yang.
